- Carefree Properties is a family owned and operated business, with properties currently in Traverse City. Owners and operators are native to Michigan, residence of Traverse City since 2010. We plan to continue expanding our vacation rental properties. Future goals will be island properties!
MIDTOWN
Explore all of Traverse City by foot, bike, or ride. The beach, bars/restaurants, shops, trails are all within a few blocks. The TART trail is easy to jump on, with several bike rental options close. Bike through town, explore the East side of Traverse City, or head west into Leelanau!.

THE SHORES
Just outside of the hustle and bustle of the city, The Shores offers a resort atmosphere, with a private beach and water amenities on site for rental. The Grand Traverse Resort and Spa, Turtle Creek Casino, Mt. Holiday ski resort, and the VASA trail all are within 5 minutes offering fun throughout all seasons.
